When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and business name. When clients interact with galleries we collect session identifiers, favorites, comments, and basic view analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use the information to provide and improve the Pixiefy service, including photo gallery delivery, analytics, client proofing, and account management. We may send transactional emails related to your account activity.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Photos and videos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), cloud infrastructure, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.
If you use our iOS or Android application, Apple or Google may collect crash logs, usage analytics, and performance data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We may receive aggregated, non-personally-identifiable analytics data from these platforms.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@pixiefy.co. You may also delete your account, which will remove your personal data from our systems.
We use session identifiers to enable gallery features like favorites and comments. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Pixiefy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
