By accessing or using Pixiefy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pixiefy provides a platform for professional photographers to create, manage, and deliver photo galleries to their clients. Features include photo uploads, client proofing, analytics, AI culling, and video hosting.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and content you upload to Pixiefy. By uploading content, you grant Pixiefy a limited license to store, display, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier users are subject to storage limits as described on our pricing page.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Pixiefy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixiefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
